RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES

RETURNS

At Vector Sportswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and go to the "Returns / Exchanges Portal" page.
  2. Enter your order number and email used for the purchase.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for return.
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and approve or reject your request within 48 hours.
  5. Please note that return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and it will be 30 AED.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, our check-up team will inspect the item within 48 hours. If the items are in good condition, we will approve your return and issue a refund or store credits based on the option you used on our return/exchange portal. If it is a refund, it will take 5 - 10 business days to process.

Please note that store credits will expire after 1 year.

Return Policy Details:

  • Items purchased at full price can be returned for a full refund within 5 - 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
  • Shipping charges will be applied.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an Exchange, you can contact us at https://vectorsportswear.com/a/return  . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an Exchange will not be accepted.

After the return things are gotten in the stockroom, they will go through a thorough quality check which could require up to 48 hours before approval.

Be aware that the return of anything request an extra transportation of 20 AED that will be charged.
