We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer an easy return and exchange process worldwide.

  • 🇺🇸 USA: Free returns & free exchanges
  • 🇦🇪 🇸🇦 🇶🇦 GCC Countries:
    • Returns: 35 (local currency/AED)
    • Exchanges: 25 (local currency/AED)
  • 🌍 International Orders (outside USA & GCC):
    • Returns: $20 transportation fee
    • Exchanges: $12 transportation fee

After the return things are gotten in the stockroom, they will go through a thorough quality check which could require up to 48 hours before approval. Once Approved you will be refunded between 5 and 10 Business days.
