We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, Please visit the following link and submit your return request at https://vectorsportswear.com/Return or contact support team on whatsapp or Email.

Be aware that the return of anything request an extra transportation of 30 AED that will be charged.

After the return things are gotten in the stockroom, they will go through a thorough quality check which could require up to 48 hours before approval. Once Approved you will be refunded between 5 and 10 Business days.

No, If you pay via cash on delivery and are eligible for a refund, your refund will be issued as store vouchers only.
