We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For returns, there is a transportation fee of 30 AED in the UAE and 30 SAR in Saudi Arabia.

After the return things are gotten in the stockroom, they will go through a thorough quality check which could require up to 48 hours before approval. Once Approved you will be refunded between 5 and 10 Business days.
