1- What is your return policy?

• We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2- How do I return my order?

• To start a return, Please visit the following link and submit your return request at https://vectorsportswear.com/Return or contact support team on whatsapp or Email. 

3- Does return cost anything?

• Be aware that the return of anything request an extra transportation of 30 AED that will be charged.

4- When will my return be refunded?

• After the return things are gotten in the stockroom, they will go through a thorough quality check which could require up to 48 hours before approval. Once Approved you will be refunded between 5 and 10 Business days.

5- Can I return multiple order at same time?

• No, you can return one order at the same time.

6- Can I exchange an item?

• Yes, We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

7- I have paid cash on delivery; can I get cash back?

• No, If you pay via cash on delivery and are eligible for a refund, your refund will be issued as store vouchers only.
  

8- How long does it take to receive my refund?
