Returns and Exchanges Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return and exchange criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Returns and Exchanges

UAE Orders:

  • Returns: A transportation fee of 30 AED applies.
  • Exchanges: A fee of 20 AED applies.

International Orders:

  • Returns: A fee of $20 applies.
  • Exchanges: A fee of $20 applies.

After submitting your return or exchange request through our portal at https://vectorsportswear.com/apps/Return, our warehouse team will arrange for a delivery person to pick up the returned items or deliver the exchanged items. The process is simple and hassle-free!

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or errors with your items, please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD) can only be refunded as store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to your original payment method for COD purchases.
