Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Welcome to VECTOR SPORTSWEAR, where your happiness matters most to us. If you're not entirely thrilled with your purchase, don't worry – we've got you covered with a 14-day return policy and a 14-day exchange policy.

To start a return or exchange, simply head over to our dedicated Returns/Exchange portal using this link: https://vectorsportswear.com/Return Once you've submitted your request through the portal, you'll receive a detailed email explaining the next steps.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item needs to be in its original packaging, unused, and with all the tags still attached. And don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase along with the returned item.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return and exchange criteria, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the refund might vary.

Returns and Exchanges:

For returned items, there's an additional transportation fee of 30 AED, and if you're looking to exchange, there's a charge of 20 AED. Once you've made your return or exchange request through our dedicated portal at https://vectorsportswear.com/Return, our warehouse team will arrange for a delivery person to pick up the returned items or provide you with the exchanged ones. It's a smooth process!

Damages and Issues:

When you receive your order, please take a moment to carefully check the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or mistakes with what you received, please let us know as soon as possible. This way, we can look into the issue and make things right for you.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, you can expect the refunded amount to show up in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process the refund may vary.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that items bought with cash on delivery can only be refunded as store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds to your original payment method for these purchases.
